1. General and operator identity

The Website is operated by Valeria Kheifets, a cosmetician and facial skincare specialist based in Rehovot (the "Operator" or "we").

2. Nature of the Website and service

The Website is an informational site presenting the Operator's cosmetic services, treatments and the skincare products she works with.

The Website is not an e-commerce store and has no online payment or checkout system. No monetary transaction takes place on the Website itself.

Adding products to the "cart" and sending an "order" constitute only an inquiry and order request, forwarded to the Operator via WhatsApp. Forwarding the request does not bind the Operator; an order is deemed confirmed only after the Operator's explicit approval, including agreement on price, availability and the method of delivery and payment.

3. Product information, prices and availability

Product images, names and descriptions are for illustration only and are based, among other things, on information from suppliers and manufacturers. There may be differences between the display on the Website and the actual product, as well as typographical errors or inaccuracies.

Some products are shown without a price or marked "price on request". The final price, availability and delivery terms are provided and agreed with the Operator upon contact.

The Operator may update the products, prices and information on the Website at any time, without prior notice.

4. Nature of the service — cosmetic, not medical

The services and treatments presented on the Website are cosmetic and aesthetic only. They do not constitute medical treatment or diagnosis or a substitute for a physician's advice, and the information on the Website is not medical advice.

In cases of inflamed skin, any medical condition or any doubt, consult a dermatologist before receiving treatment. Treatment results vary from person to person and are not a promise or guarantee of any outcome.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Website — including the design, texts, images, logo and trademarks — belong to the Operator or to the rights holders who licensed them to her. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or make any commercial use of the Website's content without prior written permission.

Use of the Website is at the user's sole responsibility. The Website and its content are provided as is.

Subject to any law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Website, reliance on the information it presents, or a temporary technical failure in the Website's availability.
